David McCombs first hired PEI in the early 2000s as COO of a large real estate development and construction firm, he hired Plump to work on many projects for over a decade.
David joined Plump in 2012
David has been a C-level Executive for 30 years, CEO of several corporations including The William Lawrence Group, an international consultancy firm.
David built, consulted and directed over $3 Billion dollars in real estate development and over 20,000 architecture, construction and engineering projects. He has worked or consulted to Lenders, Sureties, Manufacturing, Medical, Foreign and US Governments, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Contractors, Owners, Corporations, Hospitality, and many other industries.
